If you are not taking part, but would like to, Camp NaNoWriMo provides you with a forum, ways to contact other participants closer to you, reminders and support. If August is just too busy for you, the next NaNoWriMo month is in November.

I’ve always found NaNoWriMo helpful in getting me jump-started on work, even if I’ve never actually won. Uh, oops. But if all it does is get you started, that’s great! Go, writers, go, go, go!
